This is a terrible digital arrangement of such a large code resource. There is no useful table of contents and the reformatting of the text due to size and legibility makes the viewing the content very difficult. If you already know your code, and need something handy and small for mildly troublesome reference, I wouldn't even get this. The tables don't even show up on the pages. If you need a resource for sorting out your code issues, this will drive you nuts - get the real thing.

I am studying to take my journeyman's plumbing test in Maryland and was very happy to find this book in stock as most places do not carry this item . one thing to keep in mind is that right now most test are using an older version of this book and you would not be able to bring this book into the test with you as such . But I have been told that later this year all test will be focused on this book so I wanted to get a head start . also keep in mind most testing facilities will not let you bring in a book that has any marking on it at all , so don't use your highlighter on it . the book is very well written and very clear , having the extra guide with it is nice too .

Book doesn't has page# 271(page#171 instead of Page#271) . I can't return because I highlighted the 50% of pages before I know the error.

Some of what I didn't know before buying, This was an early printing and there are changes which I found online which may have been in a later printing. Overall this visa valuable resource.but specific information is difficult to find. It may be "in there," but the index is not user friendly.\

I got for unbeatable price. I doubt the print quality is as other books I have. Looks like printed offshore.

The copy I received was not a legit copy. I compared it to an actual copy and there are missing sections, as well other differences. It has most everything needed, but it makes it hard to trust it. The cover is also different than the actual copy, which is a pretty big sign that it isn't legit. I spoke with someone involved with the ICC and they said it was definitely not a legit copy.

Kindle Edition is NOT the 2015 IBC. It is actually the "Complete Revision History to the 2015 I-Codes: Successful Changes with Public Comments: 2015 IBC"Has interesting information in and may be useful if you are into a detailed code review.

Not 100% this is an authorized copy of the code, but since I only need it as a personal copy for exam review, it works fine. Softbound with a full color cover and perfect-type binding, which does not allow it to lay open flat. Very thin pages. Great value.
